GETTING STARTED

• Our streamlined onboarding process enables you to set up personalized preferences, modify pick-up and delivery schedules, and provide specific instructions or messages. Customers receive real-time alerts when our driver is approaching and can track their delivery live.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• A courteous team member collects your laundry, which is then processed in our advanced facility. Items are sorted and washed according to your specifications. Once cleaned and dried, they are meticulously folded or hung and delivered directly to your location.

PRICING

• Our transparent pricing model charges by dry weight, with reweighing after wet items are processed to ensure accuracy. There are no hidden fees.
• Standard next-day service is $1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum.
• Express same-day service costs $1.75 per pound with a $40 minimum.
• Optional add-ons such as oxygen bleach, vinegar, and fragrance beads are available for additional fees.
• Complimentary pickup and delivery are included in all service tiers.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• The service encompasses all aspects of laundry care—detergents and softeners from premium brands like Tide, Downy, and Bounce are provided at no extra charge. All washing and folding products are included within the quoted price, along with free pickup and delivery.

DETERGENT AND SOFTENER OPTIONS

• Customers can choose from three detergent options: Tide, Gain, or Hypoallergenic; and three softener options: Downy, Gain, or Hypoallergenic.
• Alternatively, customers may supply their own products; any unused items will be returned with the laundry at the end of the service.

HOW TO SEND YOUR LAUNDRY

• Items can be sent in any container of your choice; billing is based solely on processed laundry weight. Clean garments are returned in clear, water-resistant disposable bags or in approved containers supplied by the customer.
